At Marose Creations, each item is individually made to order. We take pride in creating carefully crafted pieces, and our shipping process reflects that same attention to detail.

Production Time

All items are made to order.

Standard production time is 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
During peak seasons or promotional periods, production times may be slightly extended.

For bulk, alumni or corporate orders, timelines will be confirmed at the time of purchase.

Delivery Options

Shipping options and delivery timeframes are displayed at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has been dispatched — not from the date of purchase.

We offer:

  • Standard UK delivery
  • Express delivery (where available)
  • International shipping to selected destinations

International Orders

International delivery times vary depending on destination and customs processing.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees applied by their country.
  • Marose Creations is not responsible for customs delays.

Tracking Information

Where applicable, tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the courier system.

Incorrect Address Details

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate.

Marose Creations cannot be held responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses
  • Delays caused by courier services
  • Lost parcels where tracking confirms delivery

If you notice an address error, please contact us immediately within 12 hours of placing your order.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated timeframe:

  2. Contact the courier directly where possible.

Bulk & Event Orders

Large or event-based orders require agreed production and shipping timelines. We recommend placing these orders well in advance to avoid disappointment.
