Can I personalise my item?

Yes. Most of our pieces can be customised with names, dates, wording or meaningful messages. Please ensure all details are entered exactly as you would like them printed.

Will I receive a design proof?

Design proofs are available upon request for personalised orders. Proofs are typically sent within 24–48 hours and must be approved before production begins.

Can I make changes after placing my order?

Amendments must be requested within 12 hours of purchase. Once production has commenced, changes cannot be guaranteed.

Do you offer bespoke designs?

Yes. We specialise in alumni merchandise, healthcare professional gifts and one-of-a-kind personalised pieces. We welcome bespoke enquiries.

What is sublimation printing?

Sublimation is a premium heat-infusion process where ink becomes part of the material itself rather than sitting on top. The result is a smooth, vibrant finish that will not peel, crack or fade.

Do sublimation T-shirts have fabric requirements?

Yes. Sublimation printing works exclusively on light-coloured polyester or high-polyester blend fabrics. This ensures vibrant colour clarity and long-lasting results.

Do you print on dark-coloured T-shirts?

Yes, we do. For darker garments, we use an alternative professional printing method designed specifically for dark fabrics. This process also produces rich, vibrant colours with excellent durability.

Will colours appear exactly as shown on screen?

While every design is carefully calibrated, slight variations may occur due to screen settings and lighting differences.

Can you print logos or copyrighted designs?

We respect intellectual property rights and do not print copyrighted or trademarked logos without written permission from the rights holder.

What materials do you use?

For sublimation garments, we use high-quality polyester or poly-blend fabrics. For dark apparel, we use suitable cotton or blended fabrics compatible with the selected print method.

How should I care for my garment?

Wash inside out on a cool cycle. Avoid tumble drying to preserve colour vibrancy and print longevity.

How do I choose the correct size?

Please refer to our size guide before purchasing. If you prefer a relaxed fit, we recommend sizing up.

Are your mugs dishwasher safe?

Hand washing is recommended to maintain the vibrancy and longevity of your design.

Are your tumblers insulated?

Yes. Our stainless steel tumblers are double-wall insulated to keep beverages hot or cold for extended periods.

Are all drinkware items made to order?

Yes. Each piece is individually printed and finished with care.

How long does production take?

As each item is made to order, production typically takes 3–5 business days.

Do you offer express delivery?

Express delivery options are available at checkout where applicable.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping times vary by destination.

Can personalised items be returned?

Due to the customised nature of our products, personalised items are non-refundable unless faulty.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs, and we will resolve the matter promptly and professionally.
