At Marose Creations, each item is made to order with care, precision and attention to detail. Due to the personalised and custom nature of our products, we kindly ask that you review the policy below before placing your order.

Personalised & Custom Items

All personalised, customised and made-to-order items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless they arrive faulty or damaged.

This includes:

  • Custom names, dates or wording
  • Alumni merchandise
  • Healthcare professional gifts
  • Bespoke design requests

Please ensure all spelling, dates and details are correct before completing your purchase. We print exactly as submitted.

Damaged or Faulty Items

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To assist you promptly, we require:

  • Clear photographs of the item
  • Photographs of the packaging
  • Your order number

Once reviewed, we will offer a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Colour & Screen Variations

Slight colour variations may occur due to screen settings and lighting differences. These variations do not qualify as faults or defects.

Apparel & Sizing

We strongly recommend reviewing the size guide before purchasing.
As garments are printed to order, we are unable to accept returns due to incorrect sizing unless the item is faulty.

Shipping Issues

Marose Creations is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs processing, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
Please ensure your shipping details are accurate before confirming your order.

Cancellations

Order cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of purchase.
Once production has commenced, cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

Bulk & Event Orders

Bulk and event orders are subject to agreed terms at the time of purchase. Deposits for large or custom projects are non-refundable.
